Since the outwage, when working on laptop for work, i get disconnected and then trying to reconnect. Causing issues with my clients on Ms Team. I have Rogers ignite 150g unlimited .
I really don't even know what is the issue...is it my internet, my router, my internet package...I am totally lost. My monthly bill is already 565$ (3 cells internet, cable).
Any ideas?

I know how important it is to have a stable and consistent connection. Are you still experiencing an issue, or has it been resolved since your last message to us?
If you are still having intermittent disconnections, can you provide us some more details, please.
Do you know what colour LED the light is on the modem when you notice the loss connection?
Are you losing connection on all devices?
Do you reboot the gateway to restore services or does connection return on its own?
