Hi,
I've been experiencing very slow speeds for a number of days now, dropping what's supposed to be a gigabit plan down to under 10Mbps in some cases. Right now I'm at about 1Mbps. I'm struggling to load this webpage, much less media or anything for work. It's not constant but the reduction in speed is far more severe and intermittent than I'd expect from simple network strain. It's also not my modem or my cables in my apartment, this all works just fine. Rogers isn't reporting any network issues I can find though, so I'm pretty confused about my problem. I'm from Ottawa.
In case it's helpful here are the upstream and downstream signal levels for my system:

I was getting suspicious that my wifi wasn't acting quite as slowly so I did end up moving around the order of cables in the modem. After switching ports, my speeds went back up again. I guess I'll take it in for replacement so all the ports work as expected, but I don't love how replacing modems has been a consistent thing for me across my ~10 years of being a customer.
