Extremely Slow Up-load speeds on XB8 modem

Extremely low upload speeds of < 1Mbps  on XB8 with 1.5GB plan.

Normally around 53 Mbps. Rebooted modem twice but same results.

 Anyone experienced same issue?. This just started a few days ago.

Just an update if you have a similar issue. I discovered that the Slow Upload speeds were caused by an Intel Killer Network card update. Turning off prioritization in the Intel Network Intelligence Center on Windows solved this problem. This only affects speeds and Apps on Windows machines....It was NOT a Rogers issue.😎
