Devices not showing up

My modem - router does not show any devices connected when I know there is.have tried resetting all devices ?

Are you able to connect to the internet? If so and you are connected to your gateway (router) when you are looking at your network details, it should be fine.

Is it possible that you are only seeing the MAC addresses instead of the host names or is your connected devices completely empty?

I could not get to router through browser .after 3 factory resets it seems to be working .devices showing up nice equipment they give us.
