I am running the latest Outlook on a Windows 11 PC. There are tens of thousands of e-mails in my inbox in my Yahoo account. However, Outlook will only show me the most recent 10,000. This is not an issue with my Exchange accounts, and when searching the web I see others are having this issue.
How can I see all the contents of my inbox in Outlook?

If you don't do anything, you can't, so you copy some of your e-mails into (new) folders in Outlook, like most people do, so that they can find their e-mails. This might free up "space" in your inbox. How do you even find anything when you have 10,000 e-mails in one folder?

It's not advisable to have that many emails in your mailbox at one time. If something were to happen to your mail account, you could lose important info. You should ideally archive any emails older than a certain year into a separate outlook pst file and back them up yearly onto an external dvd or hard drive. Rest assured if you ever need to access them for archival purposes it would be relatively easy to do.
