I replaced my Samsung S9 cellphone, but it still appears as a "connected device" on my Rogers home network (Gateway modem). Using the Ignite WiFi Hub app on my new cellphone, I tried to remove the old one from my network, but I could not find the setting to "forget" device. The Hub app advised that I should "disconnect" the device first, but I cannot find any instruction on how to do this.
A Rogers tech telephone support agent told me that the option "remove" is available by clicking on the 3-dot indicator but I am not able to find the screen in the Hub app that provides this option.
Please advise how to delete this old device from my Rogers home network.
Thanks very much,
Larry

Turn the device on. Go into the settings. Turn WiFi off. Or simply turn the device off completely if you're not using it. It should disappear from the hub by the next day probably.
