TV constantly goes black throughout the day/night but TV remains on.
Nothing on TV for various lengths of time.
Wifi is sometimes dropped as well, disconnected which is affecting my working at home because I am losing internet connection and computer phone calls are dropped.
This is a recurring issue. I placed a report before Christmas and it was determined there was an issue in our area which took over 24 hours to resolve.

Since writing this, the issue has reoccurred 3 times!

Thanks for joining us in the forums and for posting your TV and internet concerns. Random disruptions in service can certainly become bothersome over time and we'll do our best to help get your issue resolved. 🙂
We'll need a bit more details to better understand what is happening. Please see below:
- Which modem do you have?
- Which Internet package are you currently using?
- When you notice the disruption in your service, is it simultaneous across multiple devices/TVs?
- Do you currently have any non-Rogers equipment included in your set-up? (Eg: third party routers, splitters, etc.)
- Are you using any Ignite WiFi pods?
- Does rebooting the internet modem and/or set-top boxes seem to resolve the issue?
