Connection dropping

I'm been connecting to my home computer via SSH for the past several weeks and I've been get dropped connections. Is this occurring to other people? I'm in the Herongate Mall neighborhood of Ottawa.

I can imagine how inconvenient it can be to lose an SSH session. We may not have many Community members who connect to their home computers via SSH.

Does your home network remain online when your SSH session drops?

I think this issue is more than just a internet issue. We are also getting drop out of service of TV and my wife is experiencing issues with her VPN connection to work.
