Cannot Set Up Rogers Xfinity Through App

I downloaded the Rogers Xfinity app, but I’ve tried signing in multiple times and after entering verification code it takes me back to the main screen that asks me to login again. I have no home internet currently. How do I fix this??

If your modem/gateway has been activated on the Rogers network, it is possible to perform a basic setup of the Xfinity gateway using a computer and a web browser.

That will get basic Wi-Fi up and running in your home.  However, to get access to more advanced configuration and management functions, you will need to use the Rogers Xfinity mobile app.
