Today I was trying to Port Forward my router address, and we do not remember the password and username. So I looked at the router and put the username and password into it but it did not work.
Am I supposed to do something before????

We appreciate you posting your modem login concern in the Community. If the default credentials, cusadmin/password doesn't work, then it would be cusadmin/your WiFi password.
In case "cusadmin/your WiFi password" doesn't work, then you need to do a factory reset. You can use Easy Connect to set up your network.
