Air Canada emails not opening, all others no problem

Welcome to the Community!
It's really odd that you're unable to open emails from one specific sender. Have you noticed this with recent emails or has this always been the case? Have you checked the sender to confirm it's not a spam email? Have you tried forwarding the email to a secondary account to see if you're able to open them?
Just need a little bit more info to assist you further.
