My 5ghz wifi signal keeps dropping several times per hour and does not resolve when I reset my modem. Is there anyway to resolve this issue?

I know how important it is to have a consistent connection. We'd be happy to check the status of your connection. I just have a few questions to help pinpoint the issue:
- Do you recall when this issue first began? Were any changes made to your equipment or setup?
- Do you notice issues mostly during a specific time of day or is it random?
- Is the issue happening on all the devices in the house?
- The regular 2.4G connection is working fine?

- Do you notice issues mostly during a specific time of day or is it random? Randomly/All Day
- Is the issue happening on all the devices in the house? Yes. Not on ethernet.
- The regular 2.4G connection is working fine? Yes
