Weather network app - way out of date

I dunno where to put this but for the Ignite TV weather network app its pretty useless, at least where I live in Ottawa. I checked it this morning and its showing the current temp as sunny and 28, while it is warm its not 28. This has been on going for a few weeks now I'm sure Rogers will point to TWN and TWN well  who knows cause they don't respond to Facebook, twitter, smoke signals but has anyone else experienced this ?

Although, we do not have control over the content displayed on TWN, we certainly appreciate the feedback! I would definitely recommend reaching out directly to TWN or post on any of their social media avenues regarding your concerns. Hopefully, they'll take your comments into review. 🙂
