I've been here awhile

My wife talked to a rep and had an appointment set up for Monday . Waited all day and nothing. Tried to contact Rogers but was put on hold for 2.5 hours and finally gave up,

Got a message saying they were here but couldn't finish the job?  Keep getting messages to set up a new appointment time. Decided to call today and waited an hour for someone to tell me he will have to put me on hold for at least an hour to talk to a different department. Come on Rogers!
