I recently switched from another carrier to Ignite. I can’t seem to get my Roku stick to connect with the internet now. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

When did this first start happening, was it working well for a period before this began? Are you using any third-party router or extenders? Do you see your WiFi name listed on the Roku setup screen?
