Roku streaming stick not connecting to Ignite

I recently switched from another carrier to Ignite. I can’t seem to get my Roku stick to connect with the internet now. Any suggestions would be appreciated. ***Edited Labels***

Hi. Thx for your response. I ended up calling tech support and we got it working by restarting Gateway and changing my password.
