All channels are in a state of ‘channel loading’. Have been experiencing this for the past few hours.
Error code is XRE 03137

We definitely want to help you get this error message resolved. Have you tried any troubleshooting steps as of yet? If not, please reboot the Internet modem by power cycling the device. Once complete, please reboot the Ignite TV boxes by power cycling the boxes.
Let us know if the error is persistent after rebooting.
