Flex 10 Channels showing 0

logged into the myrogers as the Flex channels disappeared. The account now shows 0 flex channels and 0 total channels. I have been on live chat and they seem unable to do anything or even see what i am seeing

There were many reporting of flex channel count being improper when logged into rpgers account. Seemed there was a bug in the system when they changed something a couple of weeks ago. My appears as flex 20 but then it was showing wrong.

Perhaps you are just seeing a result.of left over error.
