Trying to get a hold of management

I've been around

My grandparents phone is not working. I got ignite tv because the old telephone modem. Now they can't even call 911.

This is my 3rd time using Sharing a Concern. No luck. What happens if someone is wrong with my grandparents. This is not good Rogers. Really sad.

Can someone call me or otherwise I'm going to the media.

I truly do understand the gravity of the situation. We'll try our best to get this issue resolved as soon as we can. 

 

Can you please answer the following questions:

 

  • What happens when you try to dial 911 from your parents home phone? Do you hear a tone or dead air?
  • Has this happened with any other phone numbers too?
  • Are you aware if the service worked on your parents home phone previously?
  • Have you had a chance to speak to our technical support team?
