With Ignite Internet, you can enjoy strong, secure, and dependable WiFi throughout your home. But if you’re experiencing an issue, or if you want to test the WiFi connection for a device, you can easily use the Ignite WiFi Hub app for testing and troubleshooting. Check out the YouTube video below to learn how. 

 

 

 

Follow these easy steps : 
(Note: this feature is available when your home WiFi is connected directly to the Ignite WiFi Gateway modem rather than through a mesh WiFi system such as Ignite WiFi Pods, or a separate device such as a router.) 

 

  1. To get started, launch the Ignite WiFi Hub app, or simply go to ignitewifi.rogers.com, and sign in with your MyRogers username and password. 
  2. Select More from the Overview menu. 
  3. Under More Options, select Help. 
  4. Select Troubleshoot a Device. 
  5. Under “What device isn’t working?” choose the device you’d like to optimize. 
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to test your WiFi connection and view the results of the test. 
  7. If you’d like to check out some more helpful troubleshooting tips for getting your best WiFi connection, simply press Show Tips.
