Be wary of actual Rogers salespeople who are presumably working on commission. It happened to a friend and now to me as well. The phone salesperson guaranteed that there would be no set up fee to switch from Legacy plan to a rogers ignite box. But as it turns out, I was charged for an express set up fee. I contacted Rogers and apparently they are sorry that I was lied to , but cannot help me. Both the polite rep and the Supervisor offered repeated apologies for the lies, fraudulent behaviour, and unethical conduct,..... but nothing to do about it.

I have been on the phone for hours..... I have spoken to agents and supervisors.... they have all my contact info, the many notes from different agents, AND apparently the audio tapes of our conversations..... tapes that NO ONE has access to !!! A bushel full of "I'm sorry" and rhetoric, but at the end of the day, they will not investigate this egregious behaviour. It is extremely frustrating and tiresome.
