- On rogers.com, click Sign In / Register at the top of the page.
- Enter your information, then click Sign in.
- Once you successfully log in, using the same browser tab, go to www.rogers.com/phones.
- Click Pre-Order next to the device you would like to order or reserve.
- Choose your pre-order option.
- Pay now and get it faster – This option allows you to buy the phone and ship it directly to your home.
- Pay later and pick up in store – This option will reserve a phone and ship it to a store location of your choice.
- Click Upgrade or Add a new line under Existing Rogers customer. The option to add a new line will only appear if you chose to pick the device up in store.
- Follow the applicable steps depending on your previous choices:
- Pay now and upgrade: continue the process starting at the step to Configure your device and plan
- Pay later or add a new line
