I'm having mine shipped to my local store; status still shows as Open and I started, and still am, in Position #1. iPhone 14 Pro Silver 256gb.

Ugh lol…been buying through apple directly for past 3 releases and wifey and I decided instead of paying 3500 up front to use Rogers trade in (80 bucks more than apple per phone) and the edge discount for a pretty low monthly payment.
guess I should have paid the up front to Apple lol…Past years the status usually started changing on the Tuesday afternoon before release with Rogers and still waiting for something, ANYTHING!!! Lol

i preordered 2 phones and was in the top 5 for both, first was a iphone 14 pro deep purple 128g and the second was an iphone 14 pro max silver 128gb
both have changed to shipped and are on the way to my local store 🙂

Where does one check on the status of their pre-order? I pre-ordered the morning of the 9th, and have an email saying "we will send a tracking number" - however, I have no idea where to check any other current information on my order. Any thoughts?

could you kindly private message me? I think there is an issue with my preorder ((never received any email confirmations but am showing OPEN and a preorder spot on my profile) and would like to confirm it looks ok on Rogers end

Did you ship to home? Log in to your rogers account and go to the virtual assistant. Select general inquiries and select track my order. That should tell you the status. Although since the phones have not launched yet, the system might say its backordered.
If you do check, please reply here with what it said for you.

I did the pre-order for a 256GB Pro Max Purple at about 8am on Friday.
The assistant says backordered.
