eSIM Support for iPhone 11 Pro Max

When will rogers support esim not only for business customers but also regular customers.

I just went to the rogers retail store, they told that they can only give esim to business or person with a new line.

I hope you're enjoying the new phone so far! Yes consumer accounts can activate an eSIM as well. Did you go to one of the locations listed under the pilot stores? These stores can do all transactions such as SIM swaps, eSIM to physical SIM and vice versa on subsidy and BYOD devices.

I had been to the store at Ottawa rideau, but the agency said they can only provide esims to the new line, that means I have to creat a new line to get a esim. So I can not get a esim with my existing number.

Yes this would be accurate. The esim does require a line association, but also requires a line to be billed. Definitely let us know if you have any other questions.
