Wi-Fi calling isn’t working. I registered and received an “ WiFi Calling activated” email from Rogers.
Turned on “WiFi calling” in iPhone 15 pro iOS settings.
Tapped “enable”.
Please assist

Hello @JaySee1 ,
I hope this message finds you well! 🙂
If possible, can you please take a look at this helpful article to ensure that nothing was missed? Please be sure to read the entire page as it includes steps on how to turn on your WiFi calling, as well as what is required to use the service.
If your device meets all of the requirements, but you still cannot connect, please let us know. 🙂
Thank you,
RogersYasmine

Thanks for your reply.
Unfortunately, I’m still unable to access WiFi calling despite the email from Rogers that it’s been activated.
I am overseas and as this apparently didn’t get activated properly before I left home, I’m unsure if I’ll be able to activate it from here.
Would resetting my networks allow me to get on WiFi calling, or only if I do so while in Rogers coverage?

Greetings @JaySee1!
WiFi Calling needs to be activated when you're within Rogers network before you travel abroad. We can't guarantee that it will activate if you're outside of our network. I understand that this may be inconvenient, please accept my apologies.
