No caller id goes straight to voicemail

When my friend calls me it comes through as "No Caller ID" and the call goes straight to voicemail. How can I stop this and receive her calls live? She says that I am the only one she calls where this happens.

I understand this kind of issue can be incredibly frustrating.

Is your friend also a Rogers subscriber? Has she never been able to reach you or is this a recent development? What kind of phone are you using?

It's possible that you've blocked unknown callers in your call settings. However, if that's not the case, we may need to escalate a ticket to have this investigated.
