Hi all. I have my gmail set-up to forward emails to my cellphone via mynumber@pcs.rogers.com. For the past week, I haven't been receiving any texts from my gmail and my gmail inbox has been getting Delivery Status Notification (Delay) message due to "There was a temporary problem delivering your message to mynumber@pcs.rogers.com.".
I have turned off the forwarding option in gmail and turned it back on but not getting the confirmation code sent to my cell phone.
Is this service down and no longer being offered??
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

@Hurst-Jim I read the following post today. Perhaps this explains it?
If it's truly gone, the following should be modified/eliminated on the Rogers site?

Edit - Searched the web and found the following thread. Apparently it's been "ending" for a while, but it is now actually ended? See last post.

Thank you for your reply.
Yes, I did some more research and found out the conclusion. Rogers has ended the Email to text service as of June 30. I noticed the change around that time.

Happened to me today (failure notice) from my internet monitor system. As a Rogers customer I would have expected at least a heads up either as a note on my bill and/or an email. But then again I should remember that Rogers doesn't do particularly well in the customer service / communication area, sometimes I wonder if they even know what customer service really is (or at least used to be).

A lot of carriers have ended this type of text via e-mail to cut down on the amount of spam sent to customers.
