Hello everyone, 

It's been awhile since I last pre-ordered a device (I last pre-ordered my current S8+ in 2017) and my memory is hazy. 

Can anyone here tell me when the S20 will available for pre-order? I know Telus is opening their pre-orders on the 11th but I have yet to hear anything about Rogers.

I also spoke with a cs rep and they didn't have ANY info whatsoever!🙄

If i understand correctly, the fact that i am 369 in line with reservation means that i will get my phone in May. Soooo cool!

I was finally told today it will 2 or 3 weeks before they are mailed and sent out. Not impressed as I would have not reserved and bought at best buy

I'm guessing this is because of the virus outbreak? I know a lot of products are having issues shipping over seas due to ships not making their way over.

Could be months until we get our phones!

Just got my galaxy s20. Unbox and hoo surprise.. there already a little scratch on the screen 😒

Can someone from Rogers chime in on this conversation and give us some information as to what the hold up is? Or are we to sit and speculate until you grace us with the shipping email?

I called yesterday, they said it's at the warehouse ready for shipment. I have no idea anymore. If it is 3weeks away, they have the responsibility to let people know. That's why I think we should get it this week. At least the ones who pre ordered it early

Dude same thing they have been telling me for 2 days. They are saying it is packed and we are waiting for ups to pick it up. I dont even feel like calling them again because i know they will say the same thing. It will be kinda of nice to atleast get the email with tracking info. That will give me some hope. It sucks waiting like this. I pre ordered to my home because it said its the fastest way to get it. I dying to get my hands on s20 ultra. Rogers please send them quick.

I spoke to them today and they said they are expecting the delay to last at least another 2 weeks but probably longer. 😕

Exciting news!!!! I moved from being the 122 to be the 121... 4 days for that to happen!!

Kudos to Roger for an amazing service to your high end device' customers.

By this rate I might be able to get my phone by the Galaxy Note Launch.

I should get mine when galaxy S40 launch.... Started 430 in line, moved up to 331 in 5 days, move up 1 place in last 3 days.

I really do the think it wouldnt have mattered, as the delay is affecting both streams, online reservations,online activations, and pre-orders.

I reserved/new activation done all online and no line numbers are ever issues going that route. Still waiting for the contract document although already issued new tele and accnt #.
