how can you get hotspot to function from galaxy S21. what is the password?

When you enable it, it tells you the SSID and the generated password.

1. Navigate: Settings > Connections > Mobile Hotspot and Tethering.
2. Tap Mobile Hotspot.
3. Tap the Mobile Hotspot switch to turn on or off (tap it to see SSID and other information).
    If prompted, review the info then tap OK to confirm.
