terrible bulk internet

I've been around

I spend almost 10 hours dealing with bulk internet team for activation. My building was completed couple months ago but Rogers can’t even find my unit number. There is no escalation option but can only wait.

I can imagine how inconvenient no services can be. Did the team advise you of any next steps? Did they say if they've created a ticket on your account to expedite the activation?
