how to permanently disable roam like home for oversea

I am traveling oversea and I like to use pay-per-use rate, to avoid a $15.00 per day roam-like-home fee.

@thepoohjay : It is my understanding that you would need to contact Rogers to remove the Roam Like Home option from your wireless "package".  (I am not an expert in this area, but I thought I'd reply since no one else has so far)
