horrible service

I've been around

Rogers ...I've had no service since Tuesday. Been transferred from person to person for days. Was told today that my services won't be restored until Apr 3rd because of a mistake at your end with my order to change to a new package. Apparently they can't fix it?????Why bother having an It department. So far I've been on the phone for the last 2 hrs and 34 minutes.....keep getting transferred to various departments. You clearly have the worst customer service I have ever encountered

In order to best assist you, we would need some clarity on your issue. Are these newly installed services or for an existing service? Can you share a little bit more about the package change issue?

 

Just need a bit more info to get started.
