About payment & Cancelled account

Hello, I hadn't been using my SIM card for a while, so I decided to check if there was any debt. Turns out, there was a debt of $390, which I paid off. Then I received a message saying 'your account has been cancelled.'

I lost my SIM card and I absolutely need to retrieve my old number as I will be coming to Canada in 3 weeks.

Is there any chance of getting back my old number?

This is a good example as to why turning on auto pay would have saved you a lot of hassle and would have more than likely prevented this from happening. Whether you can get the number back ultimately depends on whether or not it has been assigned to another customer.
