Winback deals

jlowry
I've been here awhile

I am sick of the "game" that has to be played to get a respectable price.  New customers getting better pricing than a 30yr customer.  To get good pricing you must first cancel your services then someone will offer you a reasonable offer.  It use to be the Retentions Dept would give better offers than the regular reps now its just the same.  How do I contact the Win Back Dept?  I see a number floating around but is this real?  833-425-2389.
