I just started with Rogers on November 26, but my new due date is December 18.
My question is, why isn't the 26 of December?

Please note, the date you begin your services is not necessarily the start/end date of your billing period. Your billing period is automatically assigned to you based on your location and what is currently available at the time of activation. Due to this, your initial bill may have some partial charges, along with your regular monthly charges which are billed 30 days in advance.
