My spouse is on Telus and I have a Share everythhing plan with Rogers. If their phone is paid up and their contract is over, what's the process for adding them to my Rogers account? Do I need to go to a store?

Good afternoon @BrendanMTL,
Thank you for your post! You can surely activate a line for your wife, on your existing account, and make sure she keeps her existing phone number.
Active wireless numbers are transferable. Don’t cancel the current service or remove your SIM card from the device, as it must remain active to be transferred—It will cancel automatically when the transfer is complete.
To activate a new line you can go in store, if you wish, or you can complete the process via your MyRogers online profile. You will save the setup fee if you do it via self-serve.
Once you have an active number with us and your Rogers SIM, you’ll need the following information from your previous carrier:
Then contact us to start your transfer request. After we initiate your request to your previous carrier, keep an eye on the number you’re transferring. You’ll receive a text message from your carrier, and you must respond YES to the text message within 90 minutes to confirm the transfer.
Let us know if you have any other questions!
