Hi, been a customer for over 40 years but all of a sudden within the past two weeks I've been getting threatening messages for overdue bills. If not paid within 2 days my service will be cut off! I can't pay a bill if I don't get abill! I rec'd. an email stating I owe over $300.00 for an unpaid bill...No mention of what the bill was for, no time line, no dates, no details whatsoever, just PAY THIS OR ELSE! No emails with notification, no phone calls, nothing. I phoned 5 times over a two day period, stayed on the phone for over 35 minutes each time...no one came on the phone so I hung up.....5 times! I left a message once..no on called back ever! Sent a multitude of emails to the office of the president asking for resolution...no response! What can I do now, or better yet, what can you do?

@Jesseppii : Those sorts of e-mails with threatening language and a bill that you know nothing about and doesn't make sense, are almost always scams. Check out the following links regarding scams and how to detect them:
https://communityforums.rogers.com/t5/Scam-Phishing-Fraud/tkb-p/ScamFraudNotifications@tkb
You can check your bill status properly by logging into MyRogers using your own bookmarks, etc. I hope you haven't clicked on any links in the e-mail and that you haven't filled in any information using any links.

Hi 57, I am aware of scams but I did receive an email stating I owe over $450.oo now, checked my rogers, the amount was there but again, no details, specific, dates nothing. Doesn't answer the question why over a two week period nobody at rogers or the president's office calls, email or sends mail. Also the mismanagement comes by way of the my rogers does not reflect payment I made...where are my payments? So this is not a scam..this is simply a malfunctioning organization.

Good evening @Jesseppii and welcome to the Community!
I appreciate the details you've shared with us. In order to best assist you, I do have a couple of questions:
1) Do you have more than one Rogers' accounts?
2) When you log into your MyRogers, are you able to view bills under "Billing"
3) Are you able to view "Payment History" under the Billing tab?
4) How do you usually make payments? Do you pay with a credit card or through your bank?
5) Have you made any changes to your account recently? Or ordered any new services?
I look forward to hearing from you!
