I just noticed that Rogers did a hard credit check on my file on February 6th of this year, when I wasn't even looking to swith my plans to Rogers. I find this quite baffling and it's disappointing that Rogers would do this and also not communicate it. I've been a Fido customer and I've been receiving offers to switch to Rogers on a regular basis, so I suspect that it might have to do with that... But does anyone have a similar experience as me?
