You don't mention which service(s) you subscribe to so I can't offer any specific advice.  All of the big telecoms offer incentives to attract new customers but they cannot offer those deep discounts indefinitely.  Rogers typically will reward loyalty but it will also require some legwork on your part.  Try sending a private message to @CommunityHelps to see what offers may be available to you.  Rogers tends to offer better discounts for specific services at different times of the year, so you need to know when to go looking to get the best offers and promotions.

You also mention that new customers are getting a cheaper price for more features.  That's generally not the case.  For example, the grandfathered Ignite TV bundles are better than the ones that Rogers currently offers.  It's really tough these days to get discounts for legacy services such as Digital TV, Rogers Internet and Rogers Home Phone.  If you have an older legacy service and are not locked into a contract, you can switch to a new in-market bundle and you will typically also get a good promotion when you switch.

Your other option, of course, is to switch to a different provider and take advantage of their "new customer" offer, then go shopping again when those promotions end and your monthly prices skyrocket.
