Unable to Cancel the Service Since a Week

I've been here awhile

I have moved to a new place, but I cannot get my service canceled. It's crazy how fast it is to get the connection, but it's almost impossible to get it canceled. I called so many times, and the average hold time I experienced was more than 1hr30mins, and still, I couldn't get to them.

HELP ME. I CANNOT AFFORD THIS.
THANK YOU.

I've been here awhile

That is what I am trying. They keep me on hold for more than 2 hours.
