The worst company in Canada

Monibhajyouni
I've been here awhile

We had 5 lines with Roger’s. We had terrible service and had 2 months left in our contract. We called the head customer service and Letoya who works for the loyalty department told us she can make an exception for us to cancel our plans early with the leased phones and pay the 65 dollars per line and ship the phone back when we received the shipping labels by email.

A week later we have not received anything so I called back and now rogers is trying to
Charge us 400 dollars per line as the phone numbers were ported to bell before they got the phones. I called and explained that she was the person who said she could make an exception and because of this we had to ship the phones back and could not do it at a rogers store.

Just spoke to John who is a senior manager and he is saying it doesn’t matter what the rogers employee told us but their policy is that phones have to be returned first.

Roger’s is by far the worst company we have ever dealt. With Refusing to take responsibility for their own employees giving us wrong information and refusing to listen to the recorded call.

Now we have to wait a week for a call back from the presidents office. I’ve wasted over 4 hours on the phone with this company that is filled with every incompetent person in Canada. I found my own solution, cancelled my master card and going to
Keep the phones since no one at Roger’s is willing to take any responsibility. Thanks for the free phones.

I'm an advisor
If you don't return the phones. They will eventually be blacklisted.

Re: The worst company in Canada

Obviously we knew that. After speaking with your loyalty department to LETOYA, we were advised that they can make an exception and we would receive shipping labels to send the phones back. How about taking responsibility for your employees and not shifting their mistake to your clients
