Took the insurance for $2200 phone so my mind can be free paid premium every month on time , so few days ago when i lost my device , and claimed for it took them around a week to say we cannot complete your service request and have sent a mail which Infact are sending to all the customer there was frustrated talked with likewize support team they dont know the reason for rejecting service request and when asked me to transfer to management team who rejected they said they cant , and they finally said talked to rogers they might help on this , saw rating on internet was a less than 1.3 dont know why rogers a this big company partners with low star rating company failed to provide services when needed, its not me saw many posts on complaining about likewize , and want Rogers tem to take action
