Hi,

I’m planning to move to a different provider as I had a very bad experience with Rogers telecom services. I never saw the team so lazy that they take 2.5 months just to make updates to someone’s account. I’m going to switch my wifi, home security and two wireless phones to a different provider. I called 20 times for the same issue from last 2 months and also went to the store 11 times.
Now let me explain the issue here 32nd time. I wanted to upgrade my phone from 14 pro max to 16 pro max in the month of November so I told the customer rep on phone to ship me 16 pro max. However, I was getting better deal in-store so I decided to keep my 14 pro max and sent the 16 pro max back through a return label generated by rogers. I have provided my tracking number and they opened a ticket for me as it was showing that the phone was received. It was shipped back in the month of Nov itself. But my account is still showing that device needs to be sent back and it is not letting me upgrade my phone.
Also, they are charging me for 16 pro max even though I’m using 14 pro max. I’m frustrated now and don’t have much energy to call and explain my issue everytime.
Also, I asked for an explanation why the phone isn’t been received even though I shipped 2.5 months back and tracking no. Shows that it’s been shipped back. Has someone stolen the phone internally due to which I have to go through this issue? For the amount if stress, time, energy I had to give for this, this provider is not worth it. I would like to put my experience in front of others too so that you can switch your provided soon before facing this
