Hello,
Can someone give me their 2 cents why the customer support is so terrible? I do not think it has to do with the actual employee, but they need to attend 10 people at the same time, and waiting an average between 7 minutes between response it is tiring.
It is not like we have a cheap service and rogers is not an economic line.

Our social media and chat teams do attend to multiple customers simultaneously.
