A technician came to our home to connect fine internet. After 2 hours he was unable to complete the connection and left us with absolutely no services. We have to wait almost 48 hours to hopefully resolve the situation.

It can be unpleasant when service installation fails for any reason; we fell short of your expectations in this instance. I'm assuming there was some technical reason that the tech couldn't complete the installation. I hope the tech is back and completed the installation.
