Tablet offer not being followed through

December 1st I was offered a free Samsung Tablet and free data plan. I signed into a new 2 year internet plan and also added 3 new mobile lines. I was told I could decide within 30 days (in case a better offer came up). Despite at least 10+ hours of waiting on hold or speaking to an agent I am no further ahead. I have multiple case numbers and I just got hung up on after waiting over 1.5 hours for a Care Specialist. I have asked 4-4 times to speak with an issues person or supervisor to no avail!! Please help

I don't recall a free Samsung tablet offer recently. Was this offered in a store? If so, you should contact the same store. 

There seems to be some misunderstanding. We offer a Device Financing program that allows you to get a tablet for $0 down and 0% interest. You can pay off your device in equal monthly payments over a 24-month term, with no taxes paid upfront.

If you recently migrated from Shaw, please get in touch with Rogers Together with Shaw Ambassadors team to address your concern.
