Suspected fraud

Hi!
I just ordered myself a new phone and a sim card. But it’s been a week, since I received any confirmation. I tried calling the customer care they told me that my account had been marked as fraud . So they further asked me to go to the store with two id and I did that. But they said that they cant do sting and to call the customer care. Then the customer care gave me a number for the fraud prevention team and 8755 extension. I have left multiple voice mails. Whenever I call, no-one calls and now I am mentally frustrated.
Please what to do now?

In some cases, once a fraud case has been created, it can take from 24 hours up to 10 days for them to connect back with you, depending on the nature of what occurred.
