I renewed my internet + TV bundle using MyRogers app/website. What convinced me to renew was the promotion to get SportsnetNOW free for 12 months. I proceeded to finalize the contract but I’m unable to watch any live sports on SportnetNOW. I have spent more than 3 hrs on the phone trying to speak with an agent. Does anyone experience the same issue as me? How do you log in to SportsnetNOW to watch live sports? I can only watch highlights and the live sports says that I am not subscribed to SportsnetNOW!?

Just send a private message to @CommunityHelps and they should be able to get this straightened out. No need to wait on the phone. You can even attach the picture that you took of the promotion in your message.

Try sending a private message to @CommunityHelps and ask them to look into this.
This offer only just just just came out and you may or may not have renewed with a bundle that included the promotion. Check the fine print for your service changes in your confirmation email. If the SportsNet offer is included, the @CommunityHelps should be able to tell you how you can access the service. If it was not included, then, given the timing, they should still be able to switch you over to a bundle that does include the promotion, even if you committed to a 2-year contract.
