Hello!
Yesterday I had a lengthy and very important chat with a Rogers representative. I’ve clicked to have a chat transcript and nothing was sent to me. I’ve looked in EVERY mailbox of mine including Junk/Spam. If I call customer service, can they provide me with the entire transcript?

Yeah, this was discussed in the following thread:
I'm not sure if this affects everyone, or just some people. I always now make a copy of the chat before closing (highlight/copy). You should be able to contact Rogers to see if they can send you the transcript, but who knows if there will be the same issue with it getting lost:
