I've been here awhile

Spoke to two different specialists today. Been with Rogers for 26 years. They cannot offer me any sort of plan that saves me money even when I bring my own phone. The second specialist literally told me Rogers doesn’t care about my loyalty and they will not help me. What a terrible company. Looking for another one. But wow. I am so insulted. 26 years and they are not interested at all to offer me anything.

It’s too late. Going with Bell. Two specialists told me Rogers doesn’t care and refused to even price match with Fido Bell or any other companies. I just wanted my bill to be 100 after tax. Wasn’t even asking for much. Now I’m leaving after being told no one cares. Worst customer experience. Worst mobile experience. I’m out.
